Nipson DigiFlex
The DIGIFlex comes with Nipson’s unique variable speed feature, automatically adjusting the printing speed to synchronize with the data flow rate and the finishing equipment. This helps you avoid unnecessary starts and stops, ensuring truly cost-effective continuous production and reduces waste. With its rugged design, using quality parts throughout, it is built to last. The result: maximum uptime for 24/7 operation and reliable and consistent performance in any production environment!
While it is the smallest of our range, the DIGIFlex certainly doesn’t lack productivity! Being web-fed it is fast, printing at up to 104 meters (342 ft) per minute. It has a maximum web width of 20.5 inches and a maximum printable width of 18.45 inches, which translates to more than 600 A4 pages per minute two-up, simplex and over 1200 A4 pages per minute two-up when set in duplex mode.
Nipson VaryPress 200
The VaryPRESS is a tight-web system, providing exceptional registration accuracy. Incorporating Nipson’s proven 600 dpi dry toner magnetographic imaging technology, it offers you an outstanding level of print quality and a consistent output at all times. What’s more, our cool xenon flash fusing keeps the substrate stress free, ensuring no change in substrate dimensions occurs during processing retaining the humidity within for the best possible post processing. And abrasion resistant fusing, even on preprinted surfaces, completes the outstanding quality level for your printouts.
The Nipson VaryPress 200 is built for continuous production and maximum uptime in the most demanding print production environments. With speeds up to 300 ft/min (90 m/min) on a printable width of 18.45 inches (web width of 20.5 inches), the VaryPress 200 can produce over 640 Letter pages per minute in two-up simplex mode and over 1300 Letter pages per minute in two up duplex confi guration.
